 These Terms govern your access to and use of Perimenopause Lab’s website, courses, app, PDFs, videos, audios, and related content (“Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to access the Services.

2. Educational Use Only

All Services are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You must consult your physician or licensed health provider before making health decisions.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for your actions, health choices, and reliance on content.
• You agree not to copy, distribute, resell, or misuse our content.
• Practitioners are solely responsible for the accuracy of their directory submissions.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely via third-party services (Kajabi Pay, Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay). We do not process or store payment details. Prices are listed in USD.

5. Subscriptions & Refunds

• Subscription products renew automatically unless cancelled.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds are provided in accordance with Ontario consumer protection laws.

6. Disclaimers

• The Services are provided “as is” without warranties, express or implied.
• We make no guarantees of specific results.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We disclaim all liability for damages of any kind (direct, indirect, incidental, consequential) arising from use of the Services.
• All responsibility rests with you, the user.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
